Our shipping charges are as below:

ASIA:

$10 2 weeks - 3 weeks VN POST/ EMS

OTHER COUNTRIES:

$15 2 weeks - 3 weeks VN POST/ EMS

Please allow 1- 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Note that delivery can be delayed by unforseen weather conditions, holiday seasons or customs.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

THE RETURN(S) MUST MEET THESE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags and labels still attached.
The item must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition.

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, SEESON will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

SEESON does not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to try another another color or style, return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preffer item(s);
Returns that do not comply with our policy will be sent back to you.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@seeson.vn for a return authorization form. The form will include your name, order number, the item you are returning and your preference of a refund or exchange.
Follow the instructions via email and complete the short returns slip associated with your order.
Package your returned items and mail them back to us. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number from your shipping carrier.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will check its condition and process the full refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made by the payment system (Paypal) within 7 business days.
Return fee will be covered by the customer. Only return fee for products with defects from manufacturer at the time of delivery will covered by SEESON.
